They will be shipped based on the frequency selected at initial checkout. Once payment has been approved, your filter(s) will be shipped within 2 business days of the order. All shipping times are normally less than 3 business days.
At this time, we only ship within a certain distance of our headquarters. The states that we currently ship to are listed below. We will continue to add additional states as we expand. We realize that sometimes things can go awry in transit. If your filter arrives and the box is damaged extensively enough that it has impacted the filter inside, please send us an email at [email protected] with a photo of your filter and we will immediately send a replacement. The photo will allow us to communicate with our carrier about any issues that come up.

Absolutely! If you are needing a custom filter size, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to meet your filter needs. If you would like to place a custom filter order with us it is usually a 3-4 week turn around for the first filter but your subsequent filters would be shipped on time using the frequency you select during check out.
