Shipping

Shipping is always free with us. It doesn’t matter how many filters you order or what frequency you order, you will never pay for shipping – ever!

Absolutely! You can login to your account and change your shipping frequency at any time. If you change your shipping frequency within 48 hours of your next order shipping, your change will take place after that order has shipped. If you have any questions about the timing of your shipping please email us at support@homestockusa.com.

Inside your box you will find the filter that you selected along with an insert demonstrating how to replace your air filter in the event that you need a reminder. Our team is also working on some exciting things that we will be including in your box in the near future. We are excited about these additions as they will assist you in maintaining all aspects of your home. Keep an eye out for updates from us soon!

They will be shipped based on the frequency selected at initial checkout. Once payment has been approved, your filter(s) will be shipped within 2 business days of the order. All shipping times are normally less than 3 business days.

At this time, we only ship within a certain distance of our headquarters. The states that we currently ship to are listed below. We will continue to add additional states as we expand. If you live in a state that we do not currently service but you are interested in signing up, please email us at support@homestockusa.com and we will work with you to see what we can do!

Payments

You will be charged for your filter(s) on the frequency you selected at initial checkout.  If you picked every 3 months, you will be charged only once every 3 months until cancelled.

Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your filter, we are happy to issue a refund to your method of payment. If you feel that your filter somehow has a defect, we would welcome the opportunity to send you a replacement. Either way, we will send you a pre-paid return label and ask that you return the filter some can assess any damage or inconsistency with our product. This will allow us to communicate with our vendors or address any issues internally.

We realize that sometimes things can go awry in transit. If your filter arrives and the box is damaged extensively enough that it has impacted the filter inside, please send us an email at support@homestockusa.com with a photo of your filter and we will immediately send a replacement. The photo will allow us to communicate with our carrier about any issues that come up.

Custom Orders

Absolutely! If you are needing a custom filter size, please contact us at support@homestockusa.com and we will work with you to meet your filter needs.  If you would like to place a custom filter order with us it is usually a 3-4 week turn around for the first filter but your subsequent filters would be shipped on time using the frequency you select during check out. 

No, there is no extra charge for custom orders. We will charge you just like we would for any other filter size. You would pay for the filter and nothing else. No set-up fees or custom order fees – ever.
