MERV 8

The EPA rates a MERV 8 filter as one that can remove particles between 3.0-10.0 microns. Pollen, mold, dust, dust mites and bacteria are some of the things that a MERV 8 filter is capable of filtering out of your air. MERV 8 filters are a great option if you don’t have pets, live in a low polltion area and no one in your home suffers from allergies or asthma.
